Notice

If you do not bring proof of your discount eligibility, the remaining balance will be charged on-site.
Elementary school students are advised to attend the performance accompanied by a guardian.
The parking lot is expected to be very crowded on the day of the performance, so please use public transportation.
Once the performance begins, late entry may be restricted, so please be sure to arrive on time.

Ticket Pickup Guide

On-site Ticket Pickup Information
On-site pickup allows you to receive your ticket and enter the venue at the box office on the day of the performance using your reservation number, name, and phone number provided at the time of booking.
If you arrive at the venue 1 hour in advance to pick up your ticket, you can enter the performance hall with plenty of time.

Standard Delivery
Depending on the performance, some tickets may not be available for delivery.
Tickets can be received within 4–5 days after booking completion (the day after payment), based on business days excluding weekends and public holidays. / Shipping fees apply.
For bank transfer payments, delivery is available only for bookings made at least 12 days prior to the performance date.
For credit card payments, delivery is available only for bookings made at least 10 days prior to the performance date.

Cancellation/Change Deadline and Cancellation Fee Information

Cancellation Deadline
Until 5:00 PM on the day before the performance (weekdays/weekends/public holidays), or 11:00 AM on Saturdays.
For bookings made after 5:00 PM on the day before the performance (11:00 AM on Saturdays), or on the day of the performance, cancellation/changes/refunds are not allowed after booking.
If a Saturday falls on a public holiday, the 11:00 AM Saturday deadline applies.
All performances and exhibitions cannot be canceled after the cancellation deadline.

Refund Information by Payment Method

For Credit Card Payments
In general, the cancellation will be reflected by the card issuer 4–5 days after the cancellation process is completed.
The refund method and processing time may vary depending on the cancellation timing and the policies of the card issuer.
Upon cancellation, the original transaction will be canceled, and depending on the timing, cancellation fees and shipping fees may be re-approved (charged again).
For Bank Transfer Payments
Refunds are processed within 5–7 days after the cancellation request is completed.
Before ticket delivery: When canceling a booking, please provide your refund account information. The refund will be issued to that account after deducting the cancellation fee.
※ If you did not enter a refund account at the time of cancellation, you can register it on the [Booking Confirmation/Cancellation] page.
After ticket delivery: When returning the ticket, please include the account holder’s name and refund account number. Refunds can only be made to a bank account under the name of the original booker.

Audience Guidelines

Before Visiting the Venue
Please check the performance details, start time, running time, and age restrictions in advance on the website.
Except for children’s performances, preschool children are often not permitted to enter, so please be sure to check the website and promotional materials such as performance guides.
At the venue, neat and appropriate attire that does not cause discomfort to others is sufficient.
※ Clothing that makes noise or has glitter may disturb the performance.
Admission Guidelines
Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the performance starts, and enter the auditorium at least 10 minutes in advance.
Except for bottled water with a lid, please leave food, beverages, flower bouquets, large bags, and noise-generating items at the storage area before entering.
Performance Etiquette
After the performance begins, late entry may be restricted or not allowed depending on the nature of the performance.
If you arrive late, please follow the staff’s guidance, watch from a temporary seat, and move to your assigned seat during intermission.
During the performance, eating, moving between seats, talking, taking photos, and recording (audio/video) are strictly prohibited.
Re-entry may not be allowed if you leave the auditorium during the performance.
After the Performance
Before leaving your seat, please make sure you have not left any personal belongings behind.
